Overview

The UnitedHealthcare National Accounts Growth Forum is an internal event held annually. Topics range from the state of the industry and innovations, to past year recaps and future goals. The event graphic we designed was integrated into presentation templates, event signage, banners, microsites and emails.

Goal

The goal was to design an event graphic that encompassed the theme of the event as well as the location. Being held in New Orleans, LA, my focus was on the New Orleans culture, landmarks, architecture and Mardi Gras.

Process

The project began with a kickoff and intake with the client. We were tasked with creating a theme, event tagline, and event graphic. Following the creation of a creative brief, a copywriter was brought in to contribute to our collective brainstorming and eventually taking out ideas and finessing them to assure the messaging and descriptions were clear. The various themes and taglines were presented to the client and once chosen, we moved into the design phase. Six event graphics were presented to the client and once chosen, we exported variations of the graphic (RGB and CMYK, EPS, JPG, PNG, light background, dark background) so the client had everything they needed for various applications and uses.
