Overview

This project was an outreach campaign to promote UHC Rewards. UHC Rewards is a program offered by UnitedHealthcare that encourages members to live a healthy lifestyle and create healthy habits by earning rewards for different fitness and preventative health activities. The B2C campaign included a direct mail piece, flyer, poster and email. The customizable rewards dollars fields were to be dictated by the respective customer/employer plan. Different health care plans come with different reward levels.

Goal

The goal was to create a cohesive series of deliverables for our client that promote the UHC Rewards programs and highlight various rewards activities the members can complete to begin to earn rewards dollars. The measurement of success for the client was increased member engagement via UHC Rewards enrollment or activity completion.

Process

Following a thorough intake and kickoff call, we dove into copywriting and design. We provided the client with one copy doc, then customized it for each specific deliverable. Once approved, we designed the email first and then moved onto the direct mail piece, flyer and finally the poster. The final deliverables were a PDF and Figma file for the email and both a PDF as well as the packaged source files for the remaining print pieces.
