Overview
This member outreach campaign was a B2C campaign sent to employees that subscribed to specific plans. It included a flyer and email with an animated header. The customizable rewards fields were to be populated by the employer prior to bring sent out. In total, there were 18 different sets of deliverables ranging from adult preventive care and respiratory health, to Flu vaccines and diabetes care.
Goal
Our goal was to create a cohesive set of deliverables across email and print for our client that make members aware of a series of plan benefits and preventive health measures. The client's goal was to generate awareness and engagement.
Process
Following a thorough intake and kickoff call, we focused on copywriting, getting a copy doc approved by the client before moving into design of the email and PDF. Prioritizing the email headers, we began animating the animated headers for the emails, deciding on which illustrations to use and how they should be animated. The copy dictated the design, so once we had final copy, we assessed the space needed and designed a template for the email and flyer that was used across all deliverables. From a management standpoint, we created a set of mini sprints for this job to stay organized and on schedule, making adjustments as needed. The final deliverables were a PDF and Figma file for the email and both a PDF as well as the packaged source files for the flyer.
