Duration

2 months

Overview

This presentation was created for an open enrollment webinar given to customers and employers. The presentation was 14 slides long and the presenter had 30 minutes during the webinar to run through it. This presentation was The majority of the presentation contained confidential information so included above are a few slides with placeholder copy.

Goal

This deck was presented during a webinar so the clients goal was to have a visually appealing presentation that supplemented their talk track and highlighted key takeaway points. Our goal was to design the slides in a way that made the content more visual and easier to digest, so that the presenter was not reading what was on the screen, but rather speaking to the main topics and talking points of each slide.

Process

We were supplied copy and content for this deck. After a kickoff and intake call, we got started combing through and organizing the slides, while making minor copy adjustments. I began design with the intention of converting basic bulleted/flat slides into simple, easy to understand infographics. Adding visual elements and graphics throughout the presentation where applicable was key. It's easy to go overboard so I like to follow the ideology that less is more. I allow the content to speak for itself when possible, so letting the content breath is important. The presentation came together nicely and was delivered on schedule to a happy client.
